Hitachi managed the reconditioning program for power tools in-house. The decision was made to outsource the program in order to better service customers and maintain the best program possible.

HitachiReconditionedTool.com sells reconditioned tools from Hitachi directly to the end user as well as to a dealer network. All reconditioning is done in-house by trained experts. All reconditioned tools are backed by a one year warranty from Hitachi Power Tools. The warranty will be honored by any Hitachi Authorized Service Center in the United States.
